Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care across diverse medical units with adaptability to various shift schedules
- Administer medications, treatments, and interventions per established protocols
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Document clinical observations and outcomes accurately in electronic health records
- Mentor junior staff and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or compact state)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS certification with ACLS preferred
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong communication and critical thinking abilities
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts (evenings/nights/weekends)
