Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices
- Administer medications and treatments with precision and safety protocols
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and document clinical information accurately
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety compliance
- Maintain strict adherence to HIPAA and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree or higher (ADN candidates with 3+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of clinical experience in acute care setting
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Flexibility to work day/night/weekend shifts as needed
- Proficiency in electronic health record systems
