Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient assessment, treatment, and care coordination in diverse clinical settings
- Administer medications and therapeutic interventions per physician protocols
- Document patient records with precision and maintain HIPAA compliance
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide patient/family education and emotional support during care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Adhere to evidence-based practices and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Tennessee or compact state
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years experience considered)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and patient advocacy abilities
- Flexibility to work day/evening/night shifts with rotating schedules
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
