Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision
- Monitor patient vital signs and document observations accurately
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and preventive care
- Maintain strict adherence to infection control and safety procedures
- Participate in shift handovers with clear communication of patient status
Qualifications
- Active RN license (or eligible for Pennsylvania licensure)
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing
- No prior experience required—new graduates welcome
- BLS certification (or willing to obtain before start date)
