Responsibilities
- Assess patient health problems, needs, and physical and psychosocial status.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patients' conditions and record vital signs and medical information accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop individualized care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, wellness, and home healthcare instructions.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care when necessary.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations.
Qualifications
- Active and unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience (New graduates may be considered).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.

- Computer literacy and experience with electronic health records (EMR).
