Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care in acute and critical care settings.
- Monitor patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans.
- Document patient responses to treatment and communicate changes in condition immediately.
- Maintain a sterile environment and adhere to strict safety and infection control standards.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Florida.
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, though new grads are welcome for flexible positions.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
