Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established medical protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and medical conditions to detect any changes or complications early.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare team members to develop individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records and care activities.

Qualifications
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Tennessee.
- CPR/BLS certification from the American Heart Association required.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
