Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in assigned specialty unit
- Administer medications and treatments per physician ordersMonitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans
- Adhere to infection control protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Massachusetts
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
- EMR proficiency (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work rotating shifts
