Responsibilities
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Assist with daily living activities and personal hygiene for patients.
- Document patient care plans and update medical records accurately.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team.
- Respond to patient inquiries and provide emotional support.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate or Bachelor of Science in Nursing).
- Active or pending Washington State RN License.
- CPR and BLS Certification (ACLS preferred but not required for new hires).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
- Compassionate demeanor and attention to detail.
