Responsibilities
- <ul>
- <li>Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure patient safety and well-being.</li>
- <li>Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders and established protocols.</li>
- <li>Document patient care activities, including symptoms, reactions, and progress in electronic health records (EHR).</li>
- <li>Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.</li>
- <li>Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families regarding medical conditions and procedures.</li>
- <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment within the nursing unit.</li>

Qualifications
- <ul>
- <li>Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program (Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred).</li>
- <li>Current, unencumbered Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license (or eligible to obtain one).</li>
- <li>Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred for new hires.</li>
- <li>Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.</li>
- <li>Demonstrated empathy, patience, and a commitment to patient-centered care.</li>
- <li>Willingness to participate in our new graduate residency program and continue education.</li>
