Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical settings with telehealth support capabilities
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement personalized care plans
- Utilize advanced EHR systems for documentation and remote patient monitoring
- Maintain compliance with JCAHO standards and hospital protocols
- Lead patient education initiatives with virtual and in-person components
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Provide mentorship to nursing staff and clinical students
Qualifications
- Active Oregon RN license with BLS certification
- BSN degree required; MSN or specialty certification preferred
- 3+ years of acute care experience in hospital setting
- Proficiency in telehealth platforms and remote monitoring technologies
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system
- Excellent communication abilities for hybrid care delivery
