Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient records accurately and confidentially
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in clinical rotations
- Adhere to HIPAA and OSHA compliance standards
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania or New York
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Experience with EMR systems (Epic preferred)
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights/weekends
