Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in accordance with evidence-based practices and hospital protocols
- Assess, monitor, and document patient conditions with precision and compassion
- Administer medications and treatments safely while maintaining accurate records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge planning
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and maintain regulatory compliance
- Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients and staff
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Ohio
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years of acute care experience in medical/surgical or critical care
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (PALS preferred)
- Strong clinical skills with proficiency in electronic health records (EHR)
- Exceptional communication and critical thinking abilities

- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
