Responsibilities
- Monitor patient health and progress by performing physical exams and detailed medical histories.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physicians' orders and nursing protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare team members to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, wellness, and self-care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records.
- Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care when necessary.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license issued by the state of Ohio.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
