Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive nursing care to critically ill patients in ICU/CCU settings
- Administer medications, treatments, and diagnostic procedures per protocols
- Monitor and interpret patient vitals using advanced monitoring systems
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams for coordinated patient care plans
- Document patient assessments and interventions accurately in Epic EHR
- Participate in rapid response codes and emergency interventions
- Mentor junior nursing staff and precept new hires
Qualifications
- Active GA RN license (or compact license with GA residency)
- BSN degree (ADN candidates with 2+ years ICU experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years critical care nursing experience preferred
- Strong assessment skills and critical thinking abilities
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Demonstrated commitment to evidence-based practice
