Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional patient care through comprehensive assessments and monitoring.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict adherence to hospital protocols and physician orders.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records (EHR).
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Respond swiftly to patient needs and emergency situations to ensure safety and comfort.
- Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuing education activities.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Illinois.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) required; ACLS preferred.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to adapt to flexible shift schedules, including nights and weekends.
- Demonstrated proficiency in using electronic medical record systems.
