Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care across diverse clinical units with adaptable scheduling
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Monitor patient conditions and administer medications per clinical protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records (EHR) documentation
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
- Provide mentorship to junior nursing staff and students
- Adhere to all state and federal healthcare regulations
Qualifications
- Active RN license in New Mexico
- BSN or Associate's Degree in Nursing (BSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- ACLS/BLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Experience with EHR systems (Epic preferred)
