Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with hospital standards and state regulations.
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, administer medications, and accurately document all treatments and observations.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and respond promptly to changes in condition or emergency situations.
- Provide education and support to patients and families regarding diagnoses and treatment options.
- Maintain a safe and clean clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Indiana.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, remote/hybrid healthcare environment.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
