Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality patient care by assessing patient needs, developing care plans, and implementing interventions.
- Medication Administration ensuring accuracy and safety protocols are strictly followed.
- Collaborate with healthcare teams including physicians, therapists, and other nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient records thoroughly and accurately in compliance with hospital standards.
- Educate patients and families regarding treatment plans and post-discharge care instructions.
Qualifications
- Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Kentucky.
- Current BLS and ACLS certification (or willingness to obtain within 3 months).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a hospital setting preferred.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and critical thinking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with diverse patient populations.
