Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and hospital protocols.
- Monitor patient health and response to treatment, documenting all observations and changes accurately.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and post-discharge care.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory standards.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Arizona Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Associate Degree in Nursing (ADN) or Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications required.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
