Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care and monitor vital signs, symptoms, and medical conditions.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient medical history, symptoms, and reactions to treatments accurately.
- Respond to emergency situations and provide critical care support when needed.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized healthcare environment.
Qualifications
- Valid and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York or Georgia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred.
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Computer proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
