Job Summary
The Registered Nurse will be responsible for assessing patient needs, implementing care plans, and evaluating patient outcomes in a fast-paced hospital setting. You will play a crucial role in the recovery and well-being of our community.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by interviewing, observing, and examining patients.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians in strict accordance with protocols.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient conditions and document vital signs and medical history accurately in EHR systems.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide critical care interventions when necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized nursing unit.
Qualifications
- Current and valid RN license to practice in the state of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) certification required; ACLS certification preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment and shift rotations.
