Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessments and care via telehealth platform
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop personalized care plans
- Monitor patient vitals and provide real-time clinical interventions
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Educate patients on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and clinical research
- Maintain HIPAA compliance and data security protocols
Qualifications
- Current California RN license in good standing
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years acute care or telehealth experience
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making abilities
- Excellent communication and technological proficiency
- Ability to work independently in a virtual environment
- Experience with Epic or similar EHR systems preferred
