Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered telehealth assessments, interventions, and education via our secure virtual platform
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans
- Monitor and document patient progress using our advanced EMR system
- Provide crisis intervention and emergency response coordination when needed
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and evidence-based practice projects
- Maintain strict compliance with HIPAA and telehealth regulations
- Support patient onboarding and technology troubleshooting for virtual visits
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the state of Florida (or compact license)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Minimum 2 years of clinical nursing experience
- Telehealth or virtual care experience strongly preferred
- Proficiency with EMR systems and telehealth technology
- Strong assessment, critical thinking, and communication skills
- Certification in Basic Life Support (BLS)
- Ability to work independently while maintaining collaborative relationships
