Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care and clinical assessments.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
- Document patient records accurately and in a timely manner.
- Respond effectively to medical emergencies and critical situations.
- Mentor junior nursing staff and participate in quality improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Current and active RN license in the state of Florida.
- BSN preferred; Associate degree in Nursing required.
- BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications (depending on unit).
- Minimum of 2 years of acute care nursing experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
