Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient vital signs and respond to clinical emergencies promptly.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner.
- Educate patients and families on health maintenance and disease prevention.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN License in the State of Texas.
- BLS and ACLS certifications required (ACLS preferred).
- Minimum of 1-2 years of acute care experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume hospital setting.
