Responsibilities
- Assess and Monitor: Conduct thorough patient assessments and monitor vital signs to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Administer Care: Provide direct patient care, including medication administration and wound care, following strict protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in the electronic health record system (EHR).
- Collaborate: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to develop comprehensive care plans.
- Educate: Instruct patients and families on treatment plans, disease prevention, and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- License: Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Texas.
- Certifications: BLS and ACLS certifications required (or willingness to obtain).
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of nursing experience preferred, new grads welcome.
- Skills: Strong critical thinking, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.
