Responsibilities
- <ul>
- <li>Provide direct patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.</li>
- <li>Monitor and accurately record patient vital signs, including blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.</li>
- <li>Assist with patient mobility, transfers, and ambulation using proper body mechanics and safety equipment.</li>
- <li>Communicate changes in patient condition or behavior to the nursing staff and charge nurse immediately.</li>
- <li>Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment in accordance with facility protocols and hygiene standards.</li>
- <li>Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families during their stay.</li>

Qualifications
- <ul>
- <li>Current and active Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license or certification in the state of Tennessee.</li>
- <li>High school diploma or General Education Development (GED) certificate required.</li>
- <li>Basic computer literacy and ability to utilize electronic health record (EHR) systems.</li>
- <li>Strong physical stamina and ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50 lbs as required by the role.</li>
- <li>Demonstrated compassion, patience, and a genuine desire to help others.</li>
- <li>CPR certification is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level consideration.</li>
