Responsibilities
- Provide advanced nursing care to critically ill patients across diverse medical conditions
- Administer medications and treatments with precision while monitoring patient responses
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Utilize cutting-edge technology including electronic health records and monitoring systems
- Educate patients and families on complex medical conditions and recovery processes

Qualifications
- Current unrestricted North Carolina RN license (or compact state eligibility)
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) from accredited program
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience in acute care setting
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response capabilities
- Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to communicate effectively in high-stress situations
