Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ICU setting with critical assessment and intervention skills
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans
- Administer medications, treatments, and specialized procedures per protocols
- Maintain accurate electronic health records and documentation standards
- Provide patient and family education on treatment plans and health maintenance
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives and safety protocols
- Mentor new staff and contribute to unit-based training programs
Qualifications
- Active California RN license (BRN #)
- BSN degree required (MSN preferred)
- Minimum 2 years ICU experience in acute care setting
- ACLS/BLS certifications required; TNCC or ENPC preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in Epic EMR system
- Commitment to professional development and continuing education
