Responsibilities
- Deliver specialized nursing care to critically ill patients in 20-bed ICU unit
- Administer medications, monitor vital signs, and perform complex assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary team for treatment plan development
- Utilize Epic EMR for documentation and care coordination
- Participate in rapid response and code blue activations
- Mentor new staff and contribute to quality improvement initiatives
- Adhere to evidence-based protocols and JCAHO standards
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license required
- BSN degree preferred (ADN with 2+ years ICU experience considered)
- BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications mandatory
- Minimum 2 years critical care experience
- Experience with ventilator management and hemodynamic monitoring
- Strong critical thinking and prioritization skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
