Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, compassionate patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient needs.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with hospital protocols and state regulations.
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and update individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient health and report any changes or concerns to the charge nurse or physician immediately.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient records, vital signs, and care provided.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and post-discharge care.
- Adhere to all safety policies and regulatory standards to ensure a secure environment for patients and staff.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Oklahoma.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates with excellent clinical rotations may be considered).
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certification required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
