Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care in ER, ICU, Med-Surg, and specialty units
- Administer medications, monitor vitals, and maintain accurate medical records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Educate patients and families on health conditions and treatment protocols
- Ensure compliance with JCAHO and HIPAA regulations
- Respond effectively to emergency situations with rapid assessment
- Maintain sterile environments and infection control protocols
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (compact license accepted)
- BSN degree or equivalent experience
- Minimum 2 years clinical experience in acute care setting
- BLS and ACLS certifications (required)
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Pass background check and drug screening
