Responsibilities
- Deliver patient-centered care across diverse medical units including ICU, ER, and surgical services
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations with precision and compassion
- Monitor vital signs and document patient progress in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and discharge procedures
- Adhere to HIPAA compliance and hospital safety protocols
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Active Oklahoma RN license in good standing
- BSN degree or equivalent experience (ADN with 2+ years)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 1 year acute care experience preferred
- Strong critical thinking and emergency response skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Proficiency in Epic EMR systems
- Flexibility to work rotating shifts including weekends
