Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient assessment and care in emergency settings
- Administer medications and treatments per physician orders
- Document patient encounters accurately in electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams
- Respond rapidly to critical patient situations
- Provide patient and family education
- Maintain compliance with Joint Commission standards
Qualifications
- Current Colorado RN license (or compact license)
- BLS and ACLS certifications required
- Minimum 2 years acute care experience
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred
- Strong critical thinking and decision-making skills
- Experience with Epic EHR system
- Ability to work 12-hour shifts including nights/weekends
