Responsibilities
- Monitor Patient Health: Assess patient conditions, administer medications, and document vital signs accurately.
- Provide Direct Care: Implement physician orders and nursing care plans to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Collaborate with Team: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and staff to coordinate comprehensive care.
- Educate Patients: Provide clear instructions and education regarding treatment plans and health maintenance.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to medical emergencies and critical situations.
Qualifications
- Valid RN License: Current Registered Nurse license issued by the California Board of Nursing.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of clinical nursing experience preferred; new graduates welcome.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Compassion: Strong ability to empathize with patients and families during stressful times.
