Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and monitor health status.
- Administer medications and treatments according to physician orders.
- Document patient care plans, procedures, and outcomes accurately.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop care plans.
- Educate patients and families on disease prevention and health maintenance.
- Maintain a sterile and safe environment for patient care.
- Respond to emergencies and critical situations with composure and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Active North Carolina Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced setting.
- Previous experience in a hospital or medical facility is preferred.
