Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status by performing physical exams and reviewing medical histories.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by licensed healthcare providers.
- Monitor and record vital signs, symptoms, and changes in patient conditions.
- Document all care activities, patient responses, and outcomes accurately in electronic health records (EHR).
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and home care instructions.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Texas.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New graduates welcome).
- Current BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Strong computer proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare setting.
