Responsibilities
- Deliver direct patient care in accordance with clinical protocols and standards
- Administer medications, treatments, and vaccinations accurately
- Monitor patient vital signs and document electronic health records
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary care teams for holistic treatment plans
- Educate patients and families on discharge procedures and home care

Qualifications
- Active RN license in GA or IL (compact license preferred)
- Associates or BSN degree from accredited nursing program
