Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in strict accordance with medical protocols.
- Monitor patient vitals and respond promptly to any changes in condition.
- Educate patients and families on post-discharge care and health maintenance.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, therapists, and the nursing team.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation.
Qualifications
- Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse license in the state of Arizona.
- Current Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience preferred (New grads welcome with appropriate credentials).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
- CPR certification required.
