Responsibilities

  • Assess patient health problems and needs, and develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans.
  • Administer medications, treatments, and procedures according to physician orders and established protocols.
  • Monitor patients' vital signs and report any significant changes to the healthcare team immediately.
  • Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, charts, and medical histories.

Qualifications

  • Active, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in Virginia.
