Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with physician orders and nursing standards.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and clinical notes.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and interdisciplinary healthcare teams.
- Monitor patient conditions for changes and respond immediately to emergencies.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support.
- Utilize Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems efficiently and accurately.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the state of Georgia.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience (Telehealth/Remote experience preferred).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency with EHR software (e.g., Epic, Cerner).
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while maintaining patient privacy (HIPAA compliance).
