Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality, patient-centered care and accurate health assessments.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as prescribed by physicians.
- Document patient health information accurately and in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the multidisciplinary healthcare team to develop individualized care plans.
- Monitor patient progress and intervene immediately as necessary.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized patient environment.
- Educate patients and families on treatment plans and discharge instructions.
Qualifications
- Current and active Registered Nurse (RN) License in the State of Colorado.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; ACLS preferred for specialty areas.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.
- Strong computer proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Compassionate demeanor with a commitment to patient safety and quality care.
