Responsibilities
- Assess patient health status and develop/modify individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments in accordance with established protocols and standards.
- Monitor patient conditions continuously and respond immediately to emergencies.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, specialists, and the interdisciplinary team.
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Provide patient and family education regarding diagnoses, treatments, and wellness.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN license to practice in the State of Ohio.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Minimum of 2 years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Commitment to patient safety and quality improvement initiatives.
