Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols and physician orders.
- Monitor patient vital signs and response to treatments, documenting all changes accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and the interdisciplinary care team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, health maintenance, and medication adherence.
- Respond promptly to emergency situations and prioritize patient safety at all times.
Qualifications
- Current, active Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the Pennsylvania State Board of Nursing.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or medical setting.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
