Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive patient assessments and monitor vital signs.
- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments safely and accurately.
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare teams to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in electronic health records.
- Provide patient education and discharge planning support.
Qualifications
- Current, unencumbered RN License in North Carolina.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certifications.
- Strong computer proficiency and familiarity with EHR systems.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in both remote and clinical settings.
- Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience preferred.
