Responsibilities
- Patient Assessment & Care: Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of every patient.
- Medication Administration: Safely administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians, ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR) documenting patient progress, interventions, and outcomes.
- Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care.
- Emergency Response: Respond swiftly to medical emergencies and critical situations, demonstrating advanced clinical judgment and leadership.

Qualifications
- Licensure: Current, unencumbered Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of California.
- Certifications: BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications required.
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
