Responsibilities
- Provide direct, high-quality patient care and support to ensure optimal health outcomes.
- Monitor patients' vital signs, symptoms, and medical histories to identify changes in health status.
- Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to strict medical protocols and physician orders.
- Collaborate effectively with physicians, nursing staff, and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Document patient care activities accurately and timely in electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond promptly to medical emergencies and assist in stabilizing patient conditions.
- Educate patients and their families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and preventative care strategies.
Qualifications
- Current and valid Registered Nurse (RN) license issued by the State of Missouri.
- Graduation from an accredited Nursing School (ASN, BSN, or MSN).
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to convey complex medical information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume healthcare environment.

- Proficiency in using Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
