Responsibilities
- Deliver compassionate patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments accurately and in accordance with established protocols.
- Collaborate with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to develop individualized patient care plans.
- Monitor patient health status closely and report any changes or emergencies immediately.
- Maintain detailed and accurate medical records using electronic health record systems.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, treatment plans, and health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Valid RN License issued by the State of Wisconsin required.
- BLS (Basic Life Support) and ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) certifications.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of recent clinical experience in a hospital or acute care setting preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a focus on patient advocacy.
- Ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Computer proficiency with Electronic Health Records (EHR) systems.
