Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality patient care while adhering to hospital protocols and standards.
- Assess patient health status through observation and interview.
- Implement and evaluate nursing care plans as directed by charge nurses.
- Perform accurate documentation in electronic medical records (EMR).
- Assist with patient education and discharge planning.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment for patients.
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Pennsylvania (or eligibility to obtain).
- Associate, Bachelor's, or Master's degree in Nursing.
- Must be a recent graduate or within 6 months of graduation.
- Strong clinical judgment and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication skills with patients, families, and staff.
